Slider block item fields
Title — slide heading
Introduction — slide subtitle
Body — slide rich text content
Media — optional slide background or foreground image/video
Button group — optional nested call-to-action buttons
Example 1 — Slide one (slide animation)
Animation type: slide. Auto play: off. Dots: on.
This is the body of slide one. Each slide can have a title, introduction, body text, a media item, and call-to-action buttons. Navigate using the arrow controls or the dot indicators below the slider.
Example 1 — Slide two
The slider transition moves laterally between slides in slide mode.
This is the body of slide two. The slider supports auto-play and dot navigation, both configurable on the slider block wrapper paragraph.
Example 1 — Slide three
This slider has three slides and shows dot navigation.
This is the body of slide three. Animation type (slide or fade) and adaptive height are also configurable on the wrapper.
Example 2 — Slide one (fade + auto play)
Animation type: fade. Auto play: on. Adaptive height: on. Background: primary.
This slider uses the fade animation type — slides cross-fade instead of sliding laterally. Auto play is enabled so the slider advances automatically. The primary theme colour and white text colour are applied to the wrapper.
Example 2 — Slide two
Adaptive height adjusts the slider container to the tallest visible slide, preventing layout jumps when slides have different amounts of content.
Each slide in this example has a media item attached. The media renders as a background or foreground image depending on the theme template for the slider block item.
Example 2 — Slide three
This is the third slide of the fade slider.
The slider wraps around — after the last slide it returns to the first. Auto play continues indefinitely until the user manually navigates. Clicking a dot jumps directly to the corresponding slide.
